Size of the ring

  • Front height: 3.5 cm  = 1.36 inches
  • Back Ring height : 0.8 cm = 0.31 inche
  • The basic document includes several sizes for the finger circumference

The basic weaving is done with miyuki delicas 11/0 beads

The rings are woven in peyote stitch. The ring is woven circularly then the rest of the ring is woven linearly for pointed models.

Most of them can also be woven in brick stitch.

A mistake is quick to be made...

This fun Pattern, is one that needs a little attention (and maybe somekind of Bead lettering system).
Because, a mistakr is quick to be made in this one, as the Pattern isn't a straight lines / shapes Pattern.
More a: All over the place Pattern.
Just like a Leopard has.

I made a few little mistakes, putting a B in place A or C and the other ways around.
In the end, I had just 1 mistake left, made in Row 1&2, as I had just finished side 1, going to the Linear Peyote of part 2.
So, no way to correct it.

With a Bead lettering system, you will make less mistakes.
Just write A, B and C (or more letters if the Pattern calls for it) on a (scrap) piece of paper.
Cut or tear each individual Letter off, and lay those letters just above your corresponding Bead piles.
(If you work with a fan, in the Summer heat, it may work best if you buy some Letter Beads. As those won't fly off your Beadmat when the fan hits them with all it's windy power.)

Still, if distracted, a mistake is easily made and will go unnoticed a longer time (if not: forever), than with a Pattern that connects in shapes or lines.

Still, super fun!
And if you have some imagination, and are willing to step out of the "Nature calls for these colors, not Pink!" you can have so much fun with coloring (in) the spots (and / or the main band color).
